| Hi, My name is Rhonda Walton. Welcome to my site, I am so thrilled you decided to stop in for a visit.

| My Work
I am especially inspired by vintage post and greeting cards, and all forms of 'Americana'. Some of my favorite artists are the well known Pennsylvania Folk Artists, Donna Atkins and John Sliney...also the legendary Warren Kimble. I love the simplicity and character in their work, and have always found it to be uplifting. I like to collect and create things that make me smile.
You will find here on my site and array of unique collectibles. All of my work is original and one-of-a-kind.
My sculptures are created with polymer clays, they are 100% hand formed, no molds are used. For this reason you may come across two similar, and from time to time I may replicate a design... but no two can ever be exactly alike. I generally use a white clay as my base, gesso after cooking, and then mix and add my own color using quality acrylics. Each sculpture is triple sealed with a matte varnish and permanently affixed to a finished wooden base. So they arrive ready for display and gift giving. From concept to finished product, depending on size each sculpture takes approximately 3 days to complete.

Most of my paintings are created in acrylics on artist stretched canvas or canvas board..but I will honestly paint just about anything that will stand still long enough. I enjoy painting on wood (in particular old cabinet doors, and furniture), bottles and jars. I like to recycle 'old throw-aways' and give them new life. All of my paintings are triple sealed with an high quality matte varnish to enhance their color and insure a long, decorative life.

I can scarcely remember a time in all of my 41 years when I did not have a crayon, pencil or paintbrush in my hand. I attribute this love of creating mostly to my Mom who was my first inspiration and constant cheerleader, and nurtured a love of the arts in me at a very early age. She was tireless in her encouragement and selfless in her patience raising 3 girls and one in particular who wanted to apply color to everything.
I make my home here in Georgia as wife to a most wonderful husband, and Mom to the two greatest people in the world..my daughter (21) and my son (almost 19). Without all of their support and encouragement I could not continue to do what I love to do.
